Attorney Profile
Andrew A. Iacobelli
Founding Partner
Andrew A. Iacobelli is a trial lawyer devoted to one mission: helping the injured reclaim their lives. His approach to litigation is fueled by a unique background—he was trained by the very insurance giants he now fights against. Early in his career, Andrew defended hospitals and insurance carriers in multi-million dollar lawsuits, gaining a firsthand understanding of how defendants evaluate and fight claims. Today, he leverages that insider experience to maximize results for victims of catastrophic injury and wrongful death.
Licensed to practice in Florida, Texas, Michigan, and Ontario, Andrew is a dedicated advocate for clients involved in high-stakes litigation. His multi-state licensure and admission to the U.S. Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeal make him a sought after ally in complex cases that cross state lines, including commercial trucking accidents and vacation injuries.
Andrew graduated cum laude from Michigan State University College of Law, where he was a Merit Scholarship recipient. He served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Gerald Lostracco before joining prominent insurance defense firms, handling complex liability cases. Frustrated by a system often stacked against victims, Andrew founded Iacobelli Law Firm to provide ordinary people with the sophisticated legal resources usually reserved for large corporations.
His practice is focused on serious personal injury, car accidents, medical malpractice, and trucking accidents. Andrew is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, the Florida Justice Association, and the Texas Trial Lawyers Association. Andrew is also an author and regular speaker on cross border injury claims and litigation.
Outside of practicing law, Andrew enjoys time and recreation with his family and he is passionate about the American Quarter Horse and the western horse sport of reining.
