Andrew A. Iacobelli

While attending law school, Andrew was a publications manager and editor with the Michigan State University Journal of International Law, and was also a member of the Michigan State Moot Court and Advocacy Board.
Andrew commenced his professional career with a judicial clerkship with the Honorable Gerald Lostracco at the 35th Circuit Court of Michigan, and then joined a preeminent medical malpractice insurance defense firm in North Palm Beach, Florida. In this capacity, Andrew obtained experience in complex litigation defending physicians and hospitals. Andrew expanded on this experience by joining one of the largest and most distinguished law firms in the State of Florida at their West Palm Beach office. Andrew litigated with a nationally recognized trial practice involved in the representation of primarily insurance companies, medical providers and large corporations in the defense of claims involving serious personal injury, wrongful death, and insurance bad faith. Andrew obtained extensive experience handling complex liability cases, usually involving damages exposure of several millions of dollars.
After becoming increasingly frustrated because his efforts were being used to minimize or defeat victims' claims, Andrew dedicated his career to helping ordinary people achieve justice following a serious injury. Andrew restricts his practice to the representation of personal injury victims in claims involving serious injuries and wrongful death from auto accidents, premises liability and medical malpractice.
On his spare time, Andrew enjoys spending time with his family, having fun with sports and recreational activities, and pursuing his passion for the sport of reining and the American Quarter Horse.
